   e-lens may process the personal data provided by the Data Owner for the purposes of creating a membership registration and account and keeping records related to this, ensuring that the Data Owner benefits from the services provided through the Web Site, detecting system errors and monitoring performance, improving the operation of the Web Site, providing maintenance and support services and backup services, including the necessary work to make the relevant persons benefit from the products and services offered by e-lens by the business units and carrying out the relevant business processes, planning and executing the activities required to customize these products and services according to the tastes, usage habits and needs of the relevant persons and to recommend and introduce them to the relevant persons, carrying out the necessary work by the relevant business units for the realization of the commercial activities carried out by e-lens and carrying out the related business processes, ensuring the legal, technical and commercial-occupational security of e-lens and the persons with whom it has a business relationship, and planning and executing the commercial and/or business strategies of e-lens.

 

   Personal Data to be Processed with the Explicit Consent of Data Owners and Purposes of Processing

 

   Within the scope of the explicit consent of the Data Owner, e-lens may process data and share this data with the parties mentioned below for the purposes of increasing the user experience by tracking the movements of the Data Owners on the Web Site, creating statistics, profiling, direct marketing and remarketing, creating special promotional offers for the Data Owner and communicating them to the Data Owner, and using the data obtained within this scope in all kinds of advertising and material content.

   e-lens may transfer the personal data of the Data Owner and the new data obtained using this personal data to third parties from whom e-lens benefits in order to achieve the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy, limited to the provision of such services. e-lens may share it with third parties such as outsourcing service providers, hosting service providers, law firms, research companies, call centers, including those sending SMS messages, in order to improve the Data Owner experience (including improvement and personalization), ensure the security of the Data Owner, detect fraudulent or unauthorized use, conduct operational evaluation research, resolve errors related to the Web Site services, and achieve any of the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

   Personal data may be shared with Medsen Medical Healthcare Biomedical Health Limited Company, its Owners, Partners and/or affiliates of these persons, our suppliers, legally authorized public institutions and organizations and legally authorized private institutions within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, and may be transferred abroad within the framework of the procedures and principles specified in Article 9 of the Law and the decisions of the Personal Data Protection Board, limited to these purposes.

·  Object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and request compensation for the damages incurred due to the processing of personal data in violation of the law.

   

   Requests regarding the use of such rights may be submitted by personal data owners through the methods specified in the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data prepared by e-lens within the scope of Law No. 6698, which is available at www.elens.ae. e-lens will finalize such requests within 30 days. e-lens reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board (if any) for such requests.

The rights in question will be evaluated and finalized within 30 (thirty) days in any case when communicated by personal data owners using the methods specified in the Policy on the Processing and Protection of Personal Data prepared by e-lens within the scope of Law No. 6698. Although it is essential that no fee is charged for requests, e-lens reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.

 

   Changes in Consent and Privacy Policy

   e-lens aims to provide detailed explanations to its users about the scope and purposes of Cookie use and to inform its users about Cookie preferences with its Privacy Policy (“Policy”).
